Shy'm is a sexy French pop singer who decided to wear some sort of a feathery see through breast plate corset like top to the NRJ Music Awards in Cannes. Which I think was a very good decision beause Shy'm, whose real name is Tamara Marthe, took home the Francophone Female Artist of the Year award and along with the Best Attention Whore of the Year award in my book.
